Certainly. Whether it's individual tasks or comprehensive construction, we approach any task with equal responsibility.

What is the cost of your work?

TIt's impossible to say because it directly depends on the complexity of the task, the quality of materials used, and their size, if it involves tiling or masonry, for example. That's why we offer on-site visits for measurements, discussing order details, and providing a cost estimate, which is a free option for the customer.

What is the timeline for completion?

It is strictly specified in the contract and is diligently adhered to from our side.

How does payment work?

According to the contract within the specified timeframes. There is a division of the amount into an advance payment and full settlement. If material procurement is handled by us, the advance payment is more than 50%.

Can you oversee the entire project from concept to full implementation?

We always say that it's even more interesting and, as experience shows, of higher quality when the same contractor takes responsibility for all types of work from start to finish. If it's a private residence, there should be no other way, as it's a unified entity, and there needs to be a clear understanding of what is happening where and how it can be qualitatively integrated.

Is it possible to make changes to the project during the work?

If it doesn't harm the overall concept and, more importantly, the structural integrity, then yes. Everything is agreed upon.

Can I bring my own technical supervision?

Of course. It's your right. We have our own technical supervision, which is mandatory, but if you want to additionally monitor the progress of the work, that's possible.

Can a dome home also be a hotel?

Certainly, it was originally conceived as accommodation for a harmonious human life. But there are also options for dome-shaped hotels, both with a diameter of 15-17meters and separate bungalows with a diameter of 7 meters and more.

Objectives:

Obligatory brick and natural tile with a carport for two cars and an open terrace from the kitchen.

A house in classic English style, allowing to remove the narrowness of the plot, so that it is not a tall tower, but a spreading house, no more than 180 m2.

With 4 bedrooms on the first floor, and 1 on the ground floor. At least 3 bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and a hall - fireplace separate from the kitchen at least 30 m2.

Features of the plot: it is narrow and long.

We have solved all the tasks set

Considering that the weight of the roof itself with natural ceramic tiles was 17 tonnes, it had a great impact on the strengthening of the foundation with reinforced slabs and mandatory insulation.

Further, at the customer's request, foam block 30 cm. air layer 12 cm and facing ceramic brick. Such a pie gave a very warm house, and insulation of the concrete floor above the first floor, gave to cut off the cold bridge between the unheated attic and living quarters of the first floor.

This is one of the most important stages in construction, given the cost of energy resources and their steady rise in price from year to year, as well as the destructive effect on the environment of the heat coming out of the house in the form of poor architecture.

The excellent decision to put a warm water floor on the whole ground floor, covering it with tiles, of course after screeding, made it possible to close the issue of heating on the ground floor and avoid the need to install radiators.

The second floor without radiators did not do without radiators, because the warm floor in the bedrooms with permanent residence destructive effect on health, there are only a few types of flooring, namely laminate and parquet, which can be put on warm water floors and they do not rise dust, which the residents will then breathe.

But this option is not suitable for this design. Electricity, according to the norms and classic cement plaster.

We always repeat that you can save money, if you want, only on internal finishing, it can be redone at any time, nothing else. But in this house there was never a need for that.

Cottage town 'Harmony'

The initial idea behind this project was to create a residential complex targeting the mid-price range, tailored for families of 3-5 individuals. The complex is situated within a wooded environment and features a shared recreational space for children, as well as a tranquil area for adults to unwind. The development consists of 8 houses, varying in size from 128 to 157 square meters, each accompanied by its own plot of land spanning 300 to 600 square meters, along with a driveway gate.

As of now, the complex is fully occupied. We've taken this project from the selection of the site to its complete turnkey execution. More
